As a Napa Auto Care Center our parts and labor are guaranteed for 12 months or 12,000 miles nationwide, whichever comes first. (Some manufacturer’s parts may extend beyond 12 months or 12,000 miles.)
When in the area warranty repairs must be performed at our shop. If the vehicle is outside the greater Kansas City area and you have a problem you’re still covered with our Napa Auto Care nationwide warranty. Please call 1-800-452-NAPA and if the vehicle isn’t drivable they will have the vehicle towed (free of charge) or direct you to the closest Napa Auto Care Center in that area to have the repairs made under our nationwide warranty. If a copy of our invoice is needed or any other problems occur please contact us at (816) 523-2434.
Repairs performed without authorization will not be reimbursed.
